RESERVATION TERMS
PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR TERMS:
- The client buys a reservation for a non-exclusive guided tour that can include up to a maximum of 30 people.
- The groups close 5 minutes before the visit's start time.
- The visit will begin at the agreed upon time.
- The client must arrive at the meeting point by their own means.
- Comfortable footwear is recommended.
- Rut-A.S will not be responsible for accidents that may occur during the course of guided tour due to visitor negligence in the buildings and places included in the route.
- Payment will be made in cash at the time of the guided tour.
- Once the tour has started, if the client interrupts the service, no refund will be made.
GUIDED TOURS FOR GROUPS:
- Group visits are limited to the capacity of a 55-seat bus.
- In case of a group delay, the guide must be notified by phone (+34 629 325 339). The delay time will suppose an adjustment in the visit, subtracting the corresponding minutes. After an hour of waiting, the visit will be considered canceled without a refund.
- We recommend comfortable footwear.
- Rut-A.S is not responsible for accidents that may occur during the course of the guided tour due to visitor negligence in the buildings and places included in the route.
- Rut-A.S will provide a detailed quote for each group, establishing the route and its conditions.
- For the reservation of a guided tour, you must prepay 30% of the total amount of the quote by money transfer and the remaining 70% two days before the service to the account that will be provided in Rut-A.S' quote, indicating in the money transfer the quote number. The reservation will not be confirmed until the money is received.
- To cancel the reservation you can contact us by phone (+34 629 325 339) or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), indicating as Subject: "Cancellation of Reservation" and in the Message: the reservation number and the date of the guided tour.
- For cancellations made 2 days or more before the date of the activity, the amount paid will be refunded, discounting any bank transfer expenses.
- For cancellations made less than 2 days before the date of the activity, no amount will be refunded.
- Once the tour has started, if the client interrupts the service, no refund will be made.
PRICES:
Prices do not include VAT.
In guided tours for groups, each service will specify what is included in the price of the guided tour. The client must pay for those extraordinary services not included (entrance fees to museums and monuments, bus rentals, lunches, meals or others), if necessary, as specified in the quote.
PAYMENT METHOD AND RESERVATIONS:
For same day hires of the guided tour, payment will be made in cash, before the guided tour begins.
For the reservation of a guided tour, you must prepay 30% of the total amount of the quote by money transfer and the remaining 70% two days before the service to the account that will be provided in Rut-A.S' quote, indicating in the money transfer the quote number. The reservation will not be confirmed until the money is received.

For group visits:
